With no awkward buttons or catches, the patented design requires a simple one handed operation to release the hinge mechanism to it's easy clean position. Compies with Building regulations and BS 5588 Part 1 1990.

The Nico Egress hinge range includes a variety of sizes, Easy Clean and Non Clean models, a heavy duty Easy Clean hinge for sash weights up to 35kg and a 400mm Restricted Egress hinge.
