Electroplating

Barrel and VAT automated plant for high volume and smaller batches. Finishes include brass, nickel, blue zinc, yellow zinc and supercoat 500 silver.

Plastic injection moulding

Six automatic Engel injection machines with capacities of up to 225g shot weight in a variety of regular and specialist plastic materials.

Zinc die casting

Frech die casting machines up to 80T for zinc components with a shot weight of up to 900g.

Tool design and manufacture

3D design and modeling for components and advanced CAD facilities for tool manufacturing.

Pressing

Auto feed coil strip blanking. Up to 150 Tonne presses for steels including stainless up to 150mm wide and 3mm thick.

Assembly and packing

Fast high volume assembly and packing. Asssembly plant includes pressing, riveting, and packing including heat sealing.
