Here is some guidance on how to fit the Nico XTRA Bolt

1. Fit one half of the XTRA Bolt to the window frame 50 – 100mm above the friction hinge nosecap. Fit the other half opposite to it on the sash.

2. The XTRA Bolt should be fitted into reinforcement if possible. If this is not possible it should be fixed to the frame with 4.8mm screws.
