After a successful trial Nico are now using a new CRM system from Really Simple Systems. Aimed at improving and simplifying the the information available to Nico staff who deal directly with customers it enables staff to easily access records of Nico activity. Records of visits, quotes, queries and much more are now available to a wider range of staff, and Nico Area Sales Managers have additional benefits of planning and document storage. As a cloud based operating system updates are immediately visible to all, and we believe this will positively contribute to the current excellent relationships we have with our customers.
